1. 7-Day Satisfaction Promise
At Pickings, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return policy:
- Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery.
- If you are not happy with the product's quality, freshness, or quantity, you may return it instantly to the delivery executive.
- No returns will be accepted once the delivery has been completed and acknowledged.
2. Return Process
- Inform the delivery partner immediately about the product you wish to return.
- The item will be collected on the spot—no pickup will be arranged later.
- The value of the returned item will be refunded to you in the form of a discount coupon/code.
- This coupon can be applied to your next order on the Pickings website.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products once accepted at delivery will not be eligible for return.
- Items that are damaged after delivery, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description are excluded.
4. Refund Timeline
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund. If approved: Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
