Pickings – Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas
  • We currently deliver to select pin codes and regions within India.
  • To check if your area is serviceable, please enter your pin code during checkout or on the homepage service checker.
2. Delivery Timelines
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time (typically 6 PM) will be delivered on the same or next day depending on slot availability.
  • Delivery slots can be selected during checkout based on availability in your area.
  • Delivery will be completed within 1–7 days based on location and logistics.
  • Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues, in which case our team will notify you.
3. Order Processing & Confirmation
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Order status and updates can also be tracked from your account dashboard.
4. Delivery Attempts
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
  • In case of missed delivery, we may reschedule once upon request. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery failures.
5. Packaging & Handling
  • We ensure hygienic and tamper-proof packaging for all products.
  • Perishable and fragile items are handled with special care during transit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, you may return it immediately to the delivery executive.
  • Refunds for such cases will be issued as discount coupons or credits as per our Refund Policy.
